Our Goals

Goal 1 If systems and procedures are in place, Garner will sustain positive classroom cultures that will foster student social success.

Goal 2 With support, teachers will collaboratively plan and deliver Skills and Standards-based instruction with use of research based practices and fidelity in all content areas.

School Policy and Procedure

New Student Registration

The following is a list of paperwork required for registration:

Shot Records
Physical
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
Two Proofs of Residence (With Names and Addresses on them)

Your child will not be placed in a class until all required paperwork is completed. Please fell free to call the school office at 965-5455 if you have more questions.

School Drop-Off Time

Please do not drop off children at school before 7:15AM. There are no adults on duty before that time and we have no way to supervise children before 7:15AM. Car riders, walkers and bike riders need to be in the cafeteria line or classrooms at 7:15 to have breakfast; our morning bell rings at 7:40; the tardy bell rings at 7:45am.

Loading and Unloading Children

Please come through the line in the front of the school to load and unload students. Please do not park, load, or unload children on the street this can cause a very dangerous situation. Dismissal begins at 2:45pm.

Breakfast

Car riders, walkers, and bike riders will need to be in the cafeteria between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM in order to eat breakfast.
